Jiribilla — Restaurant Review in Barcelona
Jiribilla offers a modern, creative take on Mexican food, with consistently strong dishes and plenty of bold flavours. The flautita de steak, prawn aguachile and tacos were standouts for us, and the cocktails work especially well with the spicy food.
We have enjoyed every visit here. Because of the spice and intensity of the food, we preferred cocktails to wine and found them very enjoyable. The location near Mercat de Sant Antoni is pleasant, although the restaurant itself is more functional than beautiful. It can also get very loud, but the food is good enough that we have happily returned several times.
