Disfrutar is one of the very best three-Michelin-star restaurants we have visited, combining genuinely avant-garde cooking with a meal that remains enjoyable and fun from beginning to end. Iconic dishes such as the Carbonara and Panchino with Caviar, outstanding service and a good wine list make it a place for a truly unforgettable evening.
Of all the three-star restaurants we know, it is the only one that feels truly avant-garde while still being enjoyable throughout the entire meal. The Carbonara and the Panchino with Caviar show how creative the kitchen can be without becoming overly intellectual. We have been twice, once with our children and once with friends, and both times the service was outstanding and the whole evening felt relaxed, fun and memorable. For a first visit, I would recommend choosing the Classics menu. The wine list is very good rather than exceptional, with mostly fair prices and a strong selection of Spanish wines alongside a good range of French bottles, particularly Burgundy.
